MMO flutist Maribeth Sacho and Mandolinist Frank Ullenberg feel the spirit of A Prairie Home Companion. The cryptic text on the tee Shirt is a direct quote from Garrison Keillor. When he talked to the Orchestra on the air, during our first APHC appearance, he suggested that America's youth would benefit greatly by playing mandolin. That's an idealogy to which the MMO ascribes.

A practice with Peter Ostroushko. We were asked to accompany Peter on a great tune that he wrote for the Mando-Boys. The piece that we performed together on A Prairie Home Companion is called "Mesa de Esperanza."
